1.1 These terms and conditions apply to your subscription to ToucanLearn and govern your use of this website. Please read them carefully as your continued use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 This website is operated by ToucanLearn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 06240412 and having its registered office at 24 Park Hill, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 3RU.
1.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on our website.
2. Subscribing to ToucanLearn
2.1 You must be over 18 to subscribe to ToucanLearn.
2.2 You can subscribe to ToucanLearn by completing and submitting the online application form and paying the current subscription fee. Your application to subscribe will be subject to acceptance by us.
2.3 Your subscription to this website will run for 12 months from the date your application to subscribe is accepted. Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of this 12 month period unless you choose to renew it by paying the annual subscription fees applicable at the time of renewal.
2.4 After your application has been accepted you have the right to cancel your subscription for a full refund within 14 working days, starting from the day after the day on which your application is accepted. To cancel your subscription, please use the 'Contact us' form on the website or by emailing us at membership@toucanlearn.com. This cancellation right does not affect your statutory rights.
2.5 We can terminate your subscription immediately at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination in these circumstances no refund of subscription fees will be given.
3. Access to the website
3.1 In the course of subscribing to ToucanLearn you will be asked to choose a username (which should be your email address) and a password.
3.2 You are entitled to use and access ToucanLearn in accordance with these terms and conditions from the time your username and password is confirmed until your subscription expires or is otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.3 Your right to use and access ToucanLearn is personal to you and members of your immediate family and you must not allow any other person to gain access to ToucanLearn using your username and password. You must keep your username and password confidential.
3.4 You must ensure that all activities undertaken by children within ToucanLean are supervised by a competent adult.
3.5 We reserve the right to update, suspend, vary, withdraw or reintroduce ToucanLearn or any part of it as we believe most appropriate for us and our clients. There may be times when the ToucanLearn website is unavailable due to necessary maintenance or technical problems beyond our control. In the event of a significant period of unavailability we may, at our discretion, extend subscription periods by a commensurate period of time.
4. Your personal information
4.1 We will collect personal information in connection with the service we provide. Our privacy policy has details on what information we collect, what we do with that information, and other related matters such as cookies. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.
4.2 We do not store any financial data with regard to credit card payments. Once the transaction has been completed, we discard this information.

These terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any dispute arising under or in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
