ToucanLearn offers an activity based learning program for babies, toddlers and preschool children that adheres to the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Our learning program is easy to use, and provides all the instructions and templates you'll need to do the activities at home. Record observations for each child in a Daily Diary suited to the EYFS.

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is a set of guidelines that provides the standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth until the age of 5. PREMIUM Members can take see how every ToucanLearn activity links to the Early Years Foundation Stage and can search for activities covering particular areas of focus. This allows parents to follow the EYFS easily with no specialised knowledge, and enables child minders, carers, nannies and teachers to plan their activities as they follow the EYFS.

In addition to being categorised against the EYFS, every ToucanLearn activity also focuses on one of four key development skills: Moving, Making, Learning and Speaking so parents and carers know exactly what their little ones will be learning.
