A party held to celebrate the third birthday of a toddler in Ohio went spectacularly wrong when it turned into an enormous brawl!  75 of the 150 adults in attendance were involved in the fight which required more than 20 police officers from seven different services to break up.  Five guests were taken to hospital, one requiring surgery for a cut to the eye sustained from a broken glass beer bottle.

It's believed that the fight started between the birthday girl's father and the mother's boyfriend and quickly escalated out of control.  The father was later arrested for disorderly conduct whilst intoxicated, further arrests are expected to be made as the investigation continues.  Some 30 children witnessed the fight, which broke out at 1am, but luckily none were hurt in the events.  Somewhat miraculously, the princess cake also survived intact!
