It's quite possible that your children will grow up with higher IQ's than you have! That's because IQ's have been rising generation on generation since the measuring system was created. We look at child prodigies such as Mozart, Shirley Temple or Serena and Venus Williams and hope (or maybe hope not!) that our children will turn into something truly great. Leaving children to develop their talent alone is not going to make that happen - parents must identify and nurture talent from an early age for the talent to develop into something remarkable. Now, whilst many of you don't really want to create the next child prodigy and ultimate genius, there is a sensible message in that you should look to identify what your children's talents are and try to help develop them. That way, children will foster a desire to want to develop excel and excel in those areas and this forms a strong base for later building into hobbies and interests.
